We will take all the responsibility for your budget package from date of arrival at Kathmandu to date of departure. For budget package once you paid for the package, you don’t need to pay any extra cost during the trip except your alcoholic beverages, international airfare, visa and personal travel insurance.
Before you start your package trip, you need to know few important notices as following for your information and suggestion. Which is really important for who travel Nepal first time.
Entry Visa for Nepal: All foreign nationals, other than Indian citizens, are required tourist visa to enter in Nepal.You can apply online visa from your home country through Nepal embassy or consular. Arrival visa also possible but it will takes time, sometime at Kathmandu airport many tourists are on queue waiting for visa application.
If you don't have visa, you can apply arrival visa at Kathmandu international airport or any entry point from India or Tibet border Nepalese immigration. For arrival visa you need to fill up a visa application form with a passport size photo graph, minimum six months valid passport and visa fees. You have to wait on queue if there are many other tourists. After the visa process with in short period immigration will issue your tourist visa for entry in Nepal.

Flight and transportation: For the international flight, there are several direct and connecting flight from all over the world to Kathmandu Tribhuvan international airport (KTM) Nepal. If you enter from India or Tibet border, there are direct local transport and privet vehicle services.
Accommodation: At the major city normal hotel to five-star luxury hotels are available with bed and breakfast service, during the trekking at mountains region there are different local hotels, lodges and guest houses available. Some are comfortable accommodation with two single beds in each room, attached bath room, dining area for meals and relaxing, with warm fire at Mt. Everest Khumbu region, Manang and Jomsom and Annapurna region. We suggest you bring your own sleeping bag with inner liner, sometimes the hotel or lodge’s blankets are not warm enough. During the trekking period, your trekking guide will check and decide a good accommodation for overnight as your choice. Most of the hotels and lodges, provide wi-fi and charging devices are available. Mt. Everest Khumbu region have better internet connections (especially in Namche Bazaar)
Daily Meals: Main Nepali dish Dal Bhat Tarkari (boiled rice, vegetable, lentil with hot pickle) you will get at every restaurant. Each restaurant, you will get vegetarian or non veg. dishes, different kinds of breakfast set, lunch and dinner as chapati, Tibetan breads, momos, Stew, pasta, noodles, pizza, several items of fresh vegetables, potatoes, meats, eggs, soups, hot and cold drinks, which you can check at menu. Your guide will always check before your order what is fresh and available.

Insurance and rescue: Nobody knowable when and where any one sick or injured. If you are seriously injured or sick drive to nearest hospital it takes long time. The best and fast service by helicopter rescue service from Pokhara or Kathmandu. Which is really expensive, we suggest you, please issue a travel insurance policy from your home country or at Kathmandu.
Guide and support porters: Each trek you need a trekking guide for your security and service. We provide an experience trekking guide, who been before at that region and experience about good accommodation and meals.
The porter is an option which up to you, do you need or not? If you are really fit to carry your own personal trekking equipment it is not necessary to pay extra for the porter. If you are not able to carry your personal trekking equipment, you need porter. One porter can carry between 25 to 30 kg. luggage.
Sightseeing: As package itinerary we provide world UNESCO sites sightseeing at Kathmandu valley before and after trek. For the Pokhara region, we provide sunrise view at the Himalaya from Sarankhot, sightseeing at world peace stupa and lake side.
River rafting and jungle safari: After trek, you can enjoy an excitement half day rafting at Trisuli river. Where you can see deep rapid, jump your rafting boat, which you fell an excitement. After complete the rafting afternoon drive to Chitwan jungle lodge. You will spend two nights at Chitwan jungle lodge, during that period you can enjoy elephant ride jungle safari and different activities.
Mountain flight: After all activities you can take one hours mountain flight from Kathmandu airport to Mt. Everest Khumbu region, during the flight you can enjoy very close and spectacular views of the Himalayas.
Trekking: As package itinerary you can trek at the mountains, where you can see many Himalayan peaks, mountains villages and local farming. There are several trekking region at Nepal from low elevation to high above 5,000m. passes.
Trekking equipment check list: Trekking boots, light shoes / trainers, normal jacket, fleece or sweater, shirts (x 2), long and short trekking trousers (and /or long skirt for women), waterproof poncho or umbrella, sun hat, woollen hat, socks (x 3), underwear (including thermals).
Other essential items: Kitbag and padlock, small rucksack, normal sleeping bag with inner liner, water bottle (1 litre capacity), head torch, personal first aid, sun glasses, sun cream (factor 15+) towel & wash kit, whistle, passport, passport-size photographs, plastic bags, money belt.
Optional: Camera (with high-capacity memory cards and extra batteries), trekking poles / walking sticks, binoculars, notebook, pen etc.
Bank and cash: At the city there are several Banks, where you can change any foreign currency convert in local Nepali currency Rupees. Also, there are different ATM services, where you can use your Bank debit or credit cards for cash. At the mountain region not available all these facilities, you need to take cash local currency for your expenses.
